Hammod Park Townhomes
With funding provided by a grant from the Georgia Office of Planning and Budget, MicroLife is building 9 townhomes in the Hammond Park neighborhood of Atlanta to provide housing and support for families a safe and supportive community.
The units will be rentals with pricing in line with affordability for those make 60% Area Median Income (AMI), with support for households who make 30-60% AMI through government subsidized vouchers.
Substantial completion is currently scheduled for Fall of 2025.
