MicroLife Institute will be guiding a safari walking tour down Drexel Avenue exploring the beautiful historic missing middle housing in the downtown area. Discover the unique charm and diversity of Decatur's housing options, from cozy cottages to memorable multiplexes and everything in between.

This event is the first in our lineup of community engagement events for the City of Decatur to educate residents and builders about the newly adopted policy allowing up to a fourplex by-right in residential zones.

The gathering point for this tour will begin at the East Lake MARTA Station parking lot at 2260 College Avenue, Atlanta, GA 30307. We encourage participants to take MARTA to this gathering place to begin the tour.
